  • How can I register with

    • How do I update my my customer account?

    Simply log in with your account ID and password and then click on 'edit this address', and submit your new address and phone number.

    • What information does my customer account give me?

    Here you will find an overview of all your orders and their status. payment methods, and you can sign up for our FREE Store newsletter and add items to your wish list.

    • forgot my password, what now?

    Just click on "Forgot your password" on the login page under the password field and enter your email address below. You will then receive a link to assign a new password by email.

    • I would like to change my email address. How do I do that?

    Simply log in with your account ID and password and then click on 'edit this address', and submit your new E-mail address.


    • How do I sign up for the newsletter?

    There are two ways to do that. Click on the Blue Bar at the very top of our Home page, with the words "Sign up..." or click on the link at the bottom right hand corner of the home page to create and account and register for the FREE subscription.

    • How do I unsubscribe to stop receiving the newsletter?

    You can either unsubscribe anytime, by sending us a message from our store Contact US form, mention the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in your message. Or you can send us an e-mail at to request your e-mail address be removed from our mailing list. We will take care of it within 48 hours.


    • Is there a minimum order value in your store?

    We currently have no limit on order value or quantity of items you can select and buy. Of course, the limitation may apply, depending on supplies on hand of a particular item you select to buy.

    • Can I pay in British £ Sterling or € Euro instead of $ USD?

    Yes, you can. We are pleased to offer payment options in most popular international currencies, in addition to USD, you can pay with Pound Sterling, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars and Euros. In due course we will be offering more payment currency options to our customers in other parts of the world. So you will always have an option to pay for an order in the currency of their choice. You can also select which currency our products are displayed on your browser, based on the country you are logging in from, to give you a more accurate value of our prices for comparison with our competitors.

    • Can you ship an order to my country?

    We currently ship to almost all countries of the world. Which is subject to change, depending on situation in a particular country, rules, regulations, customs restrictions, import tariffs or other special cases, which may prevent us from shipping to some countries at some point. If you're unsure, please be sure to ask your local postal service or contact us, before placing your order.

    • When will you ship my order?

    We aim to ship most orders within 2 working days. Others may require more processing time or special handling. As and when we ship an order, you will receive an update with your tracking number(s), from Deutsche Post or DHL.

    • How much is shipping cost to my country?

    Each item has its associated weight which is used to calculate the appropriate shipping cost domestically or internationally. So shipping cost will depend on your particular order. There is a minimum shipping fee is usually $17.50 for an the smallest package outside the EU or $15.50 to an EU country regardless of number of items in your shopping cart.

    • How do I track my order?

    Initially, you wil be able to track your order on,  DHL or UPS website until the package reaches your country. Then, you should be able to track the number on the website of the postal service or courier services of your own country, such as Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post, Brazil Post, or for DHL,, Australian Post, etc. as the case may be.

    • Where's my order?

    The tracking information available over the web is accessible to anyone who has a valid tracking number to see progress of the package as it moves through logistics and postal system. We have access to exactly the same information as the customer. So rather than writing to us, please use the sites mentioned above - especially - to track your package and get updated information within seconds.

    • When will my order be delivered?

    It depends on the methods of shipment based on the shipping cost paid.  Most International orders which have been charged a shipping fee of $15 or higher, will be shipped with UPS Expedited Service,that offers deliveries within 3-5 working days.

    Most domestic shipments within Germany are shipped with Deutsche Postare delivered within 2-3 days.

    Within EU, deliveries take about 1-2 weeks if shipped through the postal services.

    Outside of EU and Europe, delivery times of postal services vary between 2-3 weeks, to as much as 2 months, depending on how efficient and quick the postal system is in your particular country. Naturally, we do not control any delivery date, nor can we guarantee that your order will reach you by a certain date. It is best to contact your own postal service to get update with the tracking number provided. Therefore, for quicker deliveries, we recommend paying a little extra for UPS Expedited Service, as mentioned above.

    • Can I cancel or change my order after it is shipped?

    Please note that we cannot make changes or cancellations after the order has been shipped.

    If you want to cancel your purchase, you can refuse to accept the delivery or - if the package is handed over to you - return the order, marked as "Return to Sender", free of any cost to you. Or you may ship it back at your own expense, with a tracking number.  
    As soon as your return has reached us, you will receive a credit note or a refund of the invoice amount. 

    • I'm in a GCC country. Can my order be delivered to my home?

    No. In ALL GCC countries (Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabic and UAE) the postal system will only deliver mail or packages sent by mail, to a valid PO Box number, unless your order qualifies for UPS Expedited Service for home or office delivery. Therefore, we will require you PO Box number, instead of your home or business physical address. If you wish to have a package shipped to your home address, pleae contact us for quotation of DHL or UPS charges for your package, at the time of placing your order for special arrangements.

    • My shipment is missing. What can I do?

    If after receiving a shipment confirmation e-mail with the tracking number, you stll cannot track your package online for several days, but still has not arrived after several days or weeks, please contact our customer service immediately. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible. It is best to use our contact form.


    •   Is there a minimum order value to apply a discount coupon?

    Whenever we issue discount coupons to any customer, the minimum order value and condition under which the discount is being offered, is usually printed on the coupon. Please refer to the coupon conditions, discount code and the expiration date of the coupon. We change the minimum order value or conditions and discount $ or % frequently.

       However, we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods at any time.


      • How do I send an article back?

      We urge all customers to inspect each item upon delivery to ensure nothing is a amiss, damaged or the item is exactly what was ordered and described - including brand, type, variety, size, color or shade. If any of the conditions do not meet your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt before opening the item itself.

      You have the option of returning your order at your own cost, within a week after receipt of the goods . Please note that this only applies to  unopened , complete and unused items and sets.

      The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for orders with a German address, remains unaffected.


      Why can't I find my favorite product in your shop?

      If you can't find a product with us, then unfortunately we don't have it in our store yet. We currently have over 8,000 different items in our store and new ones are added every day. 
      With a little luck, your desired product will be there soon, so feel free to drop by again and again. 

      You can always use our 'Recommend a Brand' form to send us your suggestions.

      Are your products original goods?

      We can assure you that we only carry recognized and reputable international brands and original products, from certified dealers with whom we are in close contact. In this way we ensure that our products are original goods without restriction and are shipped untempered, unopened and in factory condition.
