Use this nifty sauce on all kinds of pasta, of course! As a sauce for spaghetti with roasted pancetta and freshly ground black pepper, you'll make the best "spaghetti carbonara" you've enjoyed in a long time.

It works wonders in risotto: the texture is unbelievably creamy, the taste profile is round and full. Important: Only add the Parmesan sauce to the risotto at the very end. Your lasagne will always be a success if you use the parmesan sauce instead of the usual béchamel sauce.

It is a delicious addition to vegetable dishes, take freshly cooked green beans, pour this delicious parmesan sauce over them and sprinkle with fresh marjoram. Or top cooked cauliflower with ham and pour the Parmesan sauce over it. Steamed zucchini with fresh herbs, parmesan sauce, toasted pine nuts, sautéed cherry tomatoes, and olive oil is a snap!

The sauce was all used as it comes out of the jar. Just warmed up in a water bath and you're done. Now there are all the variations on how to add parmesan sauce to your own dishes. You can also change the parmesan sauce for this. With the well-dosed addition of tomato passata, black pepper and basil, you get a delicious sauce for roasted minute steaks, which are topped with fine slices of Parma ham after roasting.
