Dietary supplement with mixed sea fish oil concentrate, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E. A balanced diet includes the intake of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. The unsaturated fatty acids are often ingested in too small quantities, whereby the omega 3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and decosahexaenoic acid (DHA) cannot be produced by the body itself without the corresponding precursors. Sea fish are particularly rich in EPA and DHA and should therefore be consumed regularly. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. The positive effect is achieved with an intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
