Full-bodied, strong tea. A popular tasty speciality.
1 heaped teaspoon (4g) per cup (200ml) or 5 heaped teaspoons per pot (1l) in a tea filter or sieve, pour boiling water over it and let steep for 5-8 minutes. For a stronger infusion, steep the tea for 8 minutes. Important note: Always pour boiling water over it and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to get safe food!
