Welcome to the Coopfam cooperative farms
The sun slowly rises over the coffee fields in southeastern Brazil and the fog disappears between the mountains. In the midst of this special atmosphere are the plantations of the cooperative COOPFAM. The fertile soil and the optimal geographical location at Poço Fundo produce outstanding coffee qualities. In addition to growing coffee, the farming community enables valuable social, economic and ecological projects. We have been supporting them since 2014 as part of a partnership project.
The unwashed processing gives the coffee a special flavor profile, which our roasting masters tease out in four varieties here in Hamburg.
