The first review is revised. The shipment did finally arrive. I was unaware that the German shipping info could be traced in USA (passed experience with French Postal Numbers was not traceable in USA). I have subsequently reordered additional product since it works so well and is not available in USA.

Product was ordered October 19 and shipped but I still have not received it as of today (November 1) and the shipping info is not traceable in Berkeley, Ca.

Any package can be traced using the tracking number provided from the country of origin as well as country of delivery. Have you heard of USPS.com??
