We normally ship all orders, within three business days. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, local public holidays, availability of transport and logics cargo flights or restrictions due to unusual circumstances, such as pandemic, strikes, ware condition, weather related events or natural disasters.

- Can you ship an order to my country?
We currently ship to almost every country in the word, without restrictions. Which is subject to change, depending on situation in a particular country, rules, regulations, customs restrictions, import tariffs or other special cases, which may prevent us from shipping to a some countries at some point. If you are unsure, please be sure to ask your local postal service or contact us, before placing your order.
- When will you ship my order?
We aim to ship most orders within3 business days. Others may require more processing time or special handling. As and when we ship an order, you will receive an update with your tracking number(s), from Deutsche Post or DHL.
- How much is shipping cost to my country?
Each item has its associated weight which is used to calculate the appropriate shipping cost domestically or internationally. So shipping cost will depend on your particular order. There is a minimum shipping fee is usually $19.50 for a small international package (outside the EU). Shipping rates are determined by the total weight of all the items in your shopping cart, plus tracking number and insurance costs to ship the package to a respective country.
- How do I track my order?
Initially, you will be able to track your order on DHL.de, Fedex or UPS website until the package reaches your country. Then, you should be able to track the number on the website of the postal service or courier services of your own country, such as Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post, Brazil Post, Australian Post, Parcelapp.com etc. as the case may be.

The tracking information available over the web is accessible to anyone who has a valid tracking number to see progress of the package as it moves through logistics and postal system. We have access to exactly the same information as the customer. - When will my order be delivered?
It depends on the methods of shipment based on the shipping cost paid. and your location. Deliveries within the EU can be as little as 3 days or 1 week under normal conditions. Most International deliveries outside the EU, can take 3-4 weeks for packages under 2 Kg. Larger packages weighing 5 Kg get delivered through expedited service and 5 business days is the normal delivery time for DHL or UPS packages - regardless of the destination country.
Most domestic shipments within Germany are shipped with Deutsche Post are delivered within 2-3 days.
Naturally, we do not control any courier, postal service or parcel delivery outfit, nor have any influence over a delivery date, nor can we guarantee that your order will reach you by a certain date. It is best to contact your own postal service to get update with the tracking number provided.
