Our Aromatico has a special strength: its smoothness. It tastes as mild as the climate in which it grows. Its finely ground 100% Arabica beans come from the highlands of Peru and Honduras—ideal for our aromatic, not-too-strong filter coffee. Furthermore, the long roasting process, with its low temperatures, protects the beans, gently bringing out their soft flavor. You can brew our Aromatico using your preferred method, whether it's a pour-over, drip coffee maker, or French press.

Since 1993, our coffee roastery, JJ Darboven, has included fair trade coffees in its product range – and was one of the first to consistently support this on a large scale. Fairtrade is not simply a quality seal for us end consumers in Europe. Fairtrade offers real added value to the people in the countries of origin. In addition to improved working conditions and fair wages, they also benefit from Fairtrade premiums. These premiums can be jointly invested by the cooperatives in social projects or the improvement of infrastructure in the region.
