Mu Dan means peony. In China, serving tea roses expresses a special appreciation of the guest. The finest shoots of a tea bush are laid out, cut to the same length, tied together in the middle and folded into a tea rose. Each tea rose weighs around 5g and is therefore a small portion. After about 3 minutes of brewing with 80° hot water, you can enjoy a tea with a fresh, mild, honey-like green tea aroma.
