The three-component protein – 79% protein in the drink powder – also ensures that the shakes have a high biological value. With its uniquely fresh, sour yoghurt-lime taste, it makes supplying your body with enough protein a pleasure. The gluten-free and aspartame-free shakes contain vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin. Vitamins are important for almost all metabolic processes and body functions. There is also calcium, which is also involved in many metabolic processes and helps maintain muscle function and bones. The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends a daily ice white intake of 0.8g per kilogram of body weight for a normal-weight adult.
