You couldn't wish for more fullness and temperament in the cup with a coffee. This pure state blend in certified highland quality (SHB) impresses with its spicy, full-bodied aroma and the finest aroma quality. It is the volcanic soil around Tarrazzu with its nutrient-rich ground that guarantees the beans unique growing conditions. Only the best coffees are exported - the rest stays in the country. So it is that Costa Ricans consume twice as much coffee as Italian citizens. Coffee-Nation is the brand of uncompromising gourmets. In contrast to standard goods, the idea of efficiency does not come before the quality of enjoyment. We only use fine plantation goods and mostly sort the beans by hand. The coffees and espressos are then gently processed, just as they were decades ago, in a complex drum roasting process at the lowest possible heat. Although this takes up to four times longer than 'shock heat', it guarantees breathtaking aroma quality with the best taste.
