Grain flakes 45% ( wheat , oat flakes ), roasted peanuts 11%, walnuts 9%, dried dates 9% (dates 95%, rice flour), raisins (raisins, sunflower oil), dark chocolate 5.5% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, Emulsifier: sunflower lecithins), chia seeds (Salvia hispanica) 5.5%, puffed wheat with honey (puffed wheat , honey).
May contain traces of other tree nuts ( walnuts ), sesame seeds , milk and soy contain.
