Doppelherz Immun plus+ Echinacea contains 5 selected vitamins (A, C, D, B6, B12) and 3 trace elements (zinc, iron, selenium), which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Also included are: 25 mg Echinacea dry pressed juice.
A sufficient supply of nutrients plays an important role for a strong immune system and healthy defences.
Doppelherz Immun plus+ Echinacea provides 800 mg of vitamin C in combination with 1200 IU of vitamin D3 and 15 mg of zinc as well as 5 other micronutrients to support the normal function of the immune system.
In addition, the DEPOT tablets contain 25 mg Echinacea dry pressed juice.

A DEPOT tablet contains 30 ?g vitamin D3. This corresponds to 1200 IU (International Units) of vitamin D3.
The body can produce vitamin D itself through regular exposure of the skin to sunlight. However, this self-production is often not sufficient in our latitudes, depending on the living conditions.
If there is little or no vitamin D self-production, an increased intake of vitamin D from food is therefore required.
The body cannot store certain vitamins for long. For example, if large amounts of vitamin C are ingested all at once, the body excretes a portion unused.
