Orange, also called orange, is an evergreen citrus tree. The oil glands in the fruit peel spray an aromatic scent. Orange trees grow up to 10 meters high. They are divided into four categories: blond, navel, bitter orange and the acid-free oranges. From the orange, one gains juice, the aromatic orange peel and the peel oil, which is used in perfumery and food flavoring.
