Dosage instructions, type and duration of use:
The following information applies unless your doctor has prescribed H&S® sleep and calming tea differently. Please adhere to the application instructions, otherwise H&S® sleeping and calming tea cannot work properly!

How much and how often should you take H&S® sleeping and calming tea?
Unless otherwise prescribed, a cup of the tea infusion is drunk 2 to 4 times a day.

How and when should you take H&S® sleeping and calming tea?
1 filter bag for 1 glass/cup. Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over it and let it steep, covered, for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the filter bag and squeeze it out gently.

Duration of use:
In the case of acute symptoms that last longer than a week or recur periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended.
