Indian sandalwood essential oil (bot. Santalum album) has a woody, warm, and balsamic scent and is a heart/base note. Its fragrance is balancing, warming, inspiring, and relaxing. It is extracted from the woody part of the sandalwood tree through steam distillation. The sandalwood trees (Santalum album) are grown in sustainably managed forests, ensuring transparent sourcing of our precious sandalwood oil. Our 10% sandalwood blend consists of 10% pure, natural sandalwood essential oil and 90% jojoba oil.
