Sencha is the most widely consumed type of tea in Japan. Its delicately bitter flavor is rounded off by a slight sweetness. In the cup, it has a beautiful, bright yellow color.
Each pack contains 20 tea pyramids, each weighing 2.5g, individually wrapped. Preparation: 1 pyramid per 250-300ml, ideal for a small teapot or Dallmayr tea glass. Cool fresh, boiling water to 80°C and then use it to brew the tea. Infusion time: 2-3 minutes.
