Half of my order received

I discovered Tetesept products on my last trip to Germany just before the pandemic and love their body wash. I have been trying to find places to buy it in the US. I was happy to find it here. Sadly, only half of my order came in. I ordered 6 bottles and only received 3 of them. I contacted customer service who was considerate and responsive. They eventually came back and told me it was impossible for me to only get three bottles. I will not be purchasing anything further here since I can’t trust this shipper. Two stars because customer service was nice and responsive, at least.
