From the small Villa Flor plantation in the Colombian highlands: Dallmayr Colombia Pink Bourbon. The rare Pink Bourbon Arabica variety requires intensive care and specific growing conditions. Its pink coffee cherries are hand-picked later than usual, giving the coffee a wonderfully fruity depth of currants and cranberries. The honey-processed coffee creates a light sweetness that perfectly rounds out the taste experience.
