The aim of Oliveda is to produce an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality from the small Arbequina Olive, which faithfully reflects the original taste of freshly squeezed Arbequina olives. The Oliveda olive oil owes its excellent quality to the production standards developed for this. These have something to do with the level of ripeness, the harvesting technique and the speed with which the Arbequina olives reach the mill after harvesting ( in less than 8 hours ) and of course with it, how much care the re-sorted and washed olives are then pressed. The Oliveda olive oil owes its outstanding personality to the location of its olive groves just a few kilometers from the sea and its windy climate. But also the ideal orientation and the loving care of the olive groves all year round.
