The smell

After the fusion of fire and earth inspired by explosive volcanic eruptions, the fragrance experience is intensified in the new combination with the element of water. The result is a contrasting expression of strength and freshness. The fresh accord of the fragrance composition results from the spicy notes of cardamom, combined with tangy bergamot and the aroma of peppermint. The fragrance is rounded off with an intense, mineral amber accord, which is the signature of the Fusion d'Issey fragrance line. Behind it lies the unique combination of sandalwood and patchouli essences.

The bottle

This new, contrasting fragrance comes in an elegant bottle that, like the Fusion d'Issey launched in 2020, takes up elements of nature and plays with opposites. The fragrance is presented in a deep blue bottle with orange lettering, which provides a harmonious contrast to the powerful color of the bottle and is reminiscent of the glowing shade of lava. The black clasp is reminiscent of the volcanic rock glass obsidian and is cut like a gemstone.
