formoline mannan from Certmedica International GmbH is a dietary supplement that supports weight loss and a cholesterol-conscious diet through natural ingredients. Responsible are the fibers contained in the konjac mannan root, which absorb a lot of liquid due to their high swelling capacity. The capsules dissolve in the stomach and the indigestible fibers are released. The resulting fiber pulp can lead to a pleasant, long-lasting feeling of satiety. In addition to extracts from the konjac mannan root, the capsules contain corn starch.
The capsules are swallowed whole with plenty of water (1-2 glasses) about 30 minutes before a meal. For weight loss, it is recommended to take 2 capsules 3 times a day. If you are on a cholesterol-conscious diet, take 4 capsules twice a day. The dosages should not be exceeded. Children and adolescents should only take the product after consulting a doctor.

The capsules contain corn starch and gelatine (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) in the capsule shell as secondary substances, vegetable oils and the colourings: E171 E172. The product is free of lactose, cholesterol, gluten and milk protein and suitable for diabetics (no BE credit). During pregnancy or breastfeeding, the product should only be taken on medical recommendation and only under medical supervision.
