With real chamomile

• Soothing and soothing for irritated mouth and throat
• For skin care with impure skin
• Can also be used as an additive for partial baths

Abbey Chamomile Concentrate real chamomile

Application:

• For use in the mouth, dilute 1 teaspoon (approx. 5 ml) of concentrate with 100 ml of water and rinse your mouth with it or use it to gargle.
• For use on the skin, dilute 1 tablespoon (approx. 5 ml) with 500 ml water and gently rub off the stressed skin with a clean cloth.
• For hair care, dilute 1 tablespoon (approx. 15 ml) with 500 ml water and rinse the hair with it.
• For partial baths, dissolve 2 tablespoons (approx. 30 ml) of concentrate in 1 liter of water.
