When processing this Fairtrade coffee, the highest priority is to preserve its fruity notes while simultaneously highlighting its full-bodied and balanced aroma. You can easily prepare our ground Clásico using a pour-over filter, a classic drip coffee maker, or a French press.

Since 1993, our coffee roastery, JJ Darboven, has included fair trade coffees in its product range – and was one of the first to consistently support this on a large scale. Fairtrade is not simply a quality seal for us end consumers in Europe. Fairtrade offers real added value to the people in the countries of origin. In addition to improved working conditions and fair wages, they also benefit from Fairtrade premiums. These premiums can be jointly invested by the cooperatives in social projects or the improvement of infrastructure in the region.
