El Salvador is one of the countries that produce particularly mild coffees with a light, pleasant fullness. The higher the coffee is grown, the more expensive it is traded, because the aroma of the bean improves as the height of cultivation increases. The highland beans we use prepare a very creamy, delicate consistency in the fully automatic machine and are reminiscent of Schümli coffee. The El Salvador Tigre from Coffee-Nation is a single-origin Arabica coffee and consists of a high proportion of Pacamara beans, which are considered particularly noble due to their fragrance.
